Cancellation & Refunds


If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed booking.

Refund, Reschedule, Exchange

We will try to reschedule bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; however confirmed bookings can only be rescheduled and not refunded. Same day cancellations or no shows are fully payable and cannot be rescheduled.


If you are unhappy with any product or service obtained at Point Zero, please let us know promptly so we can understand and rectify the complaint.


Any packages purchased can only be transferred to another person or Point Zero branch where indicated. Changes in Ayurveda packages as required for individual wellbeing is at the discretion of the Doctor.
